ندای توهم‌آمیز انا ربکم‌الاعلی آقای ترامپ (ترامپ و تغییر نام خلیج‌فارس؟)
این مقدمه را نوشتم تا بگویم ترامپ هم شباهت، بلکه شباهت‌هایی به بخت‌النصر دارد! خودش را امپراتور عالم و آدم می‌داند. در این صد روز اول صد تا وعده و وعید داد. آخرینش همین تغییر نام خلیج‌فارس است. وعده‌های پیشین بر هم زدن جغرافیا بود مانند الحاق کانادا و گرینلند به امریکا، تغییر نام‌های تاریخی- جغرافیایی مانند تغییر نام خلیج مکزیک به خلیج امریکا، جنگ تعرفه‌ها با چین و کانادا، تهدید و تحقیر بی‌سابقه زلنسکی بود.
تهدید دانشگاه‌های امریکایی از جمله هاروارد بود. تهدید ایران به جنگ بود و بمباران ایران. آخرین دسته گلی که به آب داده تغییر نام خلیج‌فارس است. به نظرم باید به ترامپ جایزه ویژه داد. تا به حال هیچ رییس جمهوری در امریکا این‌گونه برهنه و بی‌پرده و بدون روتوش ماهیت امریکا را نشان نداده بود و نقاب حقوق بشر و دموکراسی و رویای امریکایی را از چهره نینداخته و ندریده بود.
نام‌های تاریخی و جغرافیایی در جهان شناخته شده و به رسمیت شناخته شده‌اند. نام خلیج‌فارس چند هزار سال پیش از شکل‌گیری امریکا و کشورهای عربی منطقه وجود داشته است. تمامی اسناد تاریخی و جغرافیایی به زبان‌های لاتین و یونانی و آرامی و سانسکریت و اوستایی و پارسی باستان و ارمنی و سغدی و... به روشنی روایت می‌کنند که نام خلیج‌فارس، خلیج‌فارس بوده است.
امروزه که دسترسی به نقشه‌های تاریخی از طریق اینترنت یا مراکز تحقیقاتی به آسانی میسر است، می‌توان دریافت که پیشنهاد ترامپ تا چه حد مضحک و مبتذل است.
تنها می‌توان حدس زد همان‌طور که او از ایلان ماسک حق دلالی گرفت تا ارزش سهام کمپانی تسلا بالا برود، احتمالا برای سفر به کشورهای عربی منطقه حق دلالی ویژه پیشنهاد کرده است.
اعلان تغییر نام خلیج‌فارس را باید به حساب هویت و ماهیت دلال‌منش ترامپ گذاشت. منتها تاریخ و جغرافیا را دلال‌ها تغییر نمی‌دهند. سه سال دیگر ترامپ برای همیشه می‌رود و مدتی بعد می‌میرد، اما خلیج‌فارس برای همیشه خلیج‌فارس می‌ماند.
اعلام تغییر نام خلیج‌فارس به همه ایرانیان با هر رنگ و نشان و گروه و گرایش نشان داد که دولت امریکا نه تنها دشمن نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران است؛ بلکه دشمن ملت ایران و کشور ایران است. دشمن تاریخ و تمدن و فرهنگ ایران است.
شاید در این موضع ترامپ این نکته مثبت وجود داشته باشد، آنانی که به ترامپ دلبسته بودند و همه تخم‌مرغ‌هایشان را در سبد ترامپ چیده بودند، به روشنی ببینند که ترامپ در کدام سمت تاریخ ایستاده است! خودشان در کدام سمت تاریخند؟! در سمت خلیج‌فارس!

Trump and the Persian Gulf Name Change?!
Nebuchadnezzar II (d. 562 BC), the Babylonian emperor, reminds me of today’s Donald Trump. He believed he ruled over the whole world, that everyone should obey him, as if they were his slaves. Nebuchadnezzar even went to war with God Himself. He built the Tower of Babel, climbed to the top, shot an arrow into the sky, and declared, “I have killed God!”
This story echoes another legend — of Ramses II, Pharaoh at the time of Moses (peace be upon him), who also claimed divinity and absolute power.
In his later years, Nebuchadnezzar met his downfall. Every arrow he shot rebounded and struck him instead. Some accounts even say he was cursed and transformed into a beast — a cow, to be exact.
I share this as a preface because Trump, too, resembles Nebuchadnezzar in many ways. He sees himself as the emperor of the world. In just his first hundred days, he made a hundred promises. The latest one? Renaming the Persian Gulf. Previous proposals involved redrawing global maps — annexing Canada and Greenland into the U.S., renaming the Gulf of Mexico to “the American Gulf,” starting tariff wars with China and Canada, and even humiliating Ukraine’s Zelensky in unprecedented ways.
He threatened American universities like Harvard. He threatened to wage war against Iran. Now, his latest stunt is trying to rename the Persian Gulf. I believe Trump deserves a special award: No U.S. president has ever stripped away the American mask of “human rights,” “democracy,” and the “American dream” so brazenly and laid bare its raw reality.
Names — especially those of historic geography — are internationally recognized and respected. The name Persian Gulf has existed for millennia — long before the birth of the United States or even the modern Arab states of the region. Ancient texts in Latin, Greek, Aramaic, Sanskrit, Avestan, Old Persian, Armenian, Sogdian and others all unanimously refer to it as the Persian Gulf.
Today, with easy access to historical maps and records online, Trump's proposal seems nothing short of ridiculous — laughable, even.
One can guess, just as Trump took a cut from Elon Musk to boost Tesla’s stock prices, he’s probably now eyeing brokerage fees for trips to wealthy Arab nations. His push to rename the Persian Gulf is nothing more than another salesman’s pitch — Trump the middleman, not Trump the statesman.
But history and geography are not up for sale. Three years from now, Trump will be gone for good — and eventually, like all mortals, he will die. Yet the name Persian Gulf will live on forever.
Trump’s announcement showed all Iranians — regardless of their political beliefs or affiliations — that the U.S. government is not just hostile to the Islamic Republic; it is hostile to the Iranian people, to Iran as a nation, to its history, culture, and identity.
If Trump’s statement had any positive effect, it was this: it opened the eyes of those who idolized him and placed all their hopes in his basket. Now they can clearly see where Trump stands in the timeline of history — and decide where they themselves stand.
